The house was really suitable for our needs - three of us stayed and we had plenty of room to spread out. The house was warm and comfortable - having the fire was a bonus for warmth.
We would suggest a table of some kind - coffee table by the couches or a small dining table - if more than 3 people it would be a bit of a squash eating at the kitchen bar.

Great warm accommodation in walking distance to Victoria Arms Hotel and Town & Country Club. Coded entry great as didn't need key.
Oven was difficult to use with no booklet but worked it out. Toaster tripped fuse several times on different sockets so used oven & left note.
Step from Living Room off carpet a bit dangerous as hard to see difference in level.

The property is so quiet and private, the house was super warm and spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and the facilities were first class. The communication with the owners was excellent, and they were so accommodating.

Great outdoor area for a group bbq, close to the golf course plus go cart track and located well for short treks to other towns in central Otago.
