The hotel is located in a small side street that is quiet apart from planes taking off at nearby Rome airport (didn't bother us at all and mostly they take off out to sea which is not over the hotel). At both ends of the street are laundromats and nearby are two decent supermarkets and countless brilliant restaurants. The beach nearby has dubious water quality (we were warned by our host) but the locals love it and I enjoyed my swim. Buses run to Rome and other towns from nearby. Taxi shuttle arranged by the hotel to the airport was cheaper than Uber booked taxis. Ask the staff as they have lots of ideas and are very helpful. Lovely air-con, spacious room and plenty of storage for our 5-night stay.
Taxis are expensive in Italy so it pays to learn the bus system or hire a car for this location. There are about 10 steps up to reception and our room was on the first floor (no lift).

I liked that the properties was close to the beach and great restaurants.
It would have been nice to have some access to ice.
More hangers.

Staff very helpful and check-in was easy
Room smelled like old cigarettes smoke, no sound isolation at all. Staff arriving at 5:45 in the morning , banging around and singing. Not relaxing at all. Breakfast was sparse
