Its very close to the Train station, 2mins walk. And you have close access to Shops and buses. The town is really beautiful.
The property is being renovated, one floor below hours. We would be waken up by strong drilling noises on a weekend too. The room was dusty, i had to ask for it to be cleaned. And a lady came and did the floor.

Uns gefiel, dass Wasser und ausreichend Papier für uns bereitgestellt waren, und im Allgemeinen machte das Zimmer einen guten Eindruck.
Uns fehlten Hausschuhe und auch eine Art Matte für die Duschkabine

Emplacement proche de la ligne 7 et le prix bas.
Les serviettes et draps très propres.
Le chauffe serviette rouille et sale non réglable.
L’absence de lumière au plafond.
Une seule prise électrique au bord du lit.
Odeur de cigarette dans les parties communes.
Le matelas est peu confortable.

"The location is excellent. Almost as far out from central Cologne hence the price but a tram station directly outside that takes you there in around 15 minutes. Fantastic Chinese restaurant next door...."
