Las Flores Luxury Apartment

Beautiful apartment that was perfect for a large group. Every bedroom has its own ensuite and everywhere in spotless. The communication was perfect and they went above and beyond to help us. Location is in the best part of town, with restaurants, shops and history on your doorstep. We would highly recommend and would stay again.

Perfect location.

Everything was excellent in terms of the apartment and its location. We would recommend it on this basis. We had an unfortunate experience with Booking.com, however, that detracted from our stay. On our third night, my family of 6 got locked out of the apartment for a hour and a half after returning from dinner, as the combination on the lock on the door had stopped working. The Booking dot com customer service agent that we were initially able to contact on my wife’s phone was very unhelpful and extremely rude — eventually hanging up on us, saying that we were fraudulently trying to gain entry into the apartment because we couldn’t provide a PIN or return a verification phone number — because my phone and paper confirmation materials were all inside the apartment and we were locked outside. After trying several more times, we finally reached a Booking dot com agent who was helpful and was able to contact the property manager, who immediately helped us gain entry. The mechanism on the inside of the door that opens the lock when the correct combination had broken. The property manager, Valerie, was lovely and very helpful and the apartment was excellent, but we were beyond disappointed at how the Booking dot com customer service agent treated us. She truly seemed perfectly happy to leave my family on the street in a big city for the night. She honestly should be fired. We book with Booking dot com frequently — this entire 16 day trip to Spain in fact, but will now have to consider other options.

Hands down this might be one of the best accommodations I've stayed in (and I've travelled a lot!), for the following reasons: 1. the host Valerie is amazing, she's extremely quick with messages and super helpful when you ask her any questions (including recommendations for local restaurants/activities!) 2. The place was immaculately clean, wouldn't see a single bit of dust anywhere, looks very professionally cleaned, even the toilet rolls are folded in a fancy way and the toilet has been sanitised. 3. Beds were very comfy, we were a group of 8 and everyone had the best sleep there. 4. Location was honestly amazing, it's tucked away in a little corner, but roughly 1 minutes walk you're in the busy shopping area, honestly super convenient. But the noise cancelling for the windows were amazing so you can still get a good night's sleep without noise outside. 5. The facilities/travel essentials provided were beyond expectations, from small toothbrush/toothpaste to combs they're all there. The toilet paper were so comfy my parents took a roll home without telling me (sorry Valerie!) There are even boardgames if you want to have some indoor relaxing time. But overall would absolutely recommend, it't a luxury hotel experience with a homey vibe! For a big group it is really the perfect place to go for! Would definitely book again if travelling with a big group :)

There is really not anything we didn't like about the apartment, the only thing would be that the building's lift does not fit a lot of people, but climbing the stairs was really not difficult. With the luggage we just assigned 2 ppl taking the lift with all the luggages and it was no trouble really.
