Unfortunately there was a faint sewer or toilet like smell when you entered the apartment. The management was responsive and sent some up who cleaned all the shower drains. Following the service work, the smell was reduced but not eliminated. We suspect that this is a continuing problem since there was a plug in air freshener in the entry way to the apartment upon arrival. Also the repair person said that the apartment shared the plumbing system with the businesses including McDonald’s restaurant on the first floor. It is unfortunate that we have to mention this since in all other ways this is such a fabulous apartment, in layout, location, and beautiful view.

Location is fantastic, spacious, good facilities. Checking process easy. All the benefits outweigh the negatives. Would happily stay there again with a group
White couch is unclean, musty smell on arrival. Air conditioning is only in living room so you wouldn’t be able to cool bedrooms to individual preference. Charging to hold luggage over one piece per person is silly. staff should have responded to email re late checkout request even if it was to say no as I appreciate we asked very late.
