Elegant coastal charm with unique views by REMS

Top locatie, mooie styling, uitzicht was prachtig. Pracht mooi uitzicht op de haven. Ruime kamers met fijne bedden. Het was ook helemaal niet gehorig.

The location was excellent. The apartment was well appointed and beautiful. Rooms were very comfortable as were the beds. I liked the decor. Kitchen was great.

We all hated the digital entry system— whereby our we needed our phones to get in. Often someone’s phone was dead or wouldn’t load. It was just so precarious and difficult. Also— there was a sulfur/ propane type of odor in the apartment for our entire stay. It was worse in the bedrooms. REMS did send someone to look at it but unfortunately, on our end, the timing didn’t work out. Honestly everything else was fantastic.

Unfortunately there was a faint sewer or toilet like smell when you entered the apartment. The management was responsive and sent some up who cleaned all the shower drains. Following the service work, the smell was reduced but not eliminated. We suspect that this is a continuing problem since there was a plug in air freshener in the entry way to the apartment upon arrival. Also the repair person said that the apartment shared the plumbing system with the businesses including McDonald’s restaurant on the first floor. It is unfortunate that we have to mention this since in all other ways this is such a fabulous apartment, in layout, location, and beautiful view.
