XPCE TEATRO SQUARE

It was in an excellent location for Malaga Old Town with supermarkets and restaurants very close by. The apartment was very modern and spacious, with plenty of room for our group of 4.

It would have been useful to have more plug sockets available in the hallway by the mirror. This would enable people to blow dry their hair whilst others are using the bathroom which were the only rooms with plug sockets near mirrors.

Super clean & modern, very central to everything.. loved it.

Noisy at night in the front bedroom. Maybe some mirrors in bedrooms would be beneficial although plenty of other mirrors around.

Gostamos demais do apartamento. Bonito, agradável, limpo e confortável. A localização é excelente! Como fomos na semana santa, conseguimos ver algumas procissões da janela do apartamento, um verdadeiro camarote! Proprietário atencioso. Respondeu prontamente nossas perguntas e quando chegamos havia água, café e chá. Excelente!

A whole list of issues … too many to list but have been fed back to the property and still awaiting their comments 4 days later! E.g. 2 wines glasses for 6 people, skirting board hanging off in bedroom, dishwasher broken, blind missing in living room, a cupboard door hanging off, one pillow without a pillow case, a sheet that didn’t fit the bed, stained and ripped throw on the bed, no lock on bathroom door! One or 2 of these wouldn’t have been a problem but there are around 20 “faults” and for what we paid for the accommodation it’s just not acceptable. 4 days later we are still awaiting a response from the property. Such a shame as it sounded an amazing apartment on paper but reality was different.
