XPCE TEATRO SQUARE

The apartment was clean, spacious and very central for the old town and main attractions of Malaga. There was more than enough space for 3 of us but 1 think that it would be a squash for 8 people.

We struggled with the initial entry into the property as the instructions required us to have a code from the staff which was difficult to attain - it took a few phone calls before we could get it. Once we had the code, it was straightforward. The only other problem was the noise level of passers by throughout the night. This affected only the large bedroom at the front. I think that our visit coinciding with the Feria celebrations possibly made this worse than normal. To be fair, I had read about both these issues in previous reviews but just hoped that they wouldn’t apply to our stay.

Ubicación, decoración, limpieza y estado del apartamento. Llegamos muy cansados y nos encontramos este amplio apartamento con las maquinas de aire conectadas que agradeció bastante porque fuera hacía calor. Botellas de agua en la nevera y varios amenities. Camas súper cómodas. Justo enfrente supemercado y restaurantes. Repetiré.

Location, helpful staff

A whole list of issues … too many to list but have been fed back to the property and still awaiting their comments 4 days later! E.g. 2 wines glasses for 6 people, skirting board hanging off in bedroom, dishwasher broken, blind missing in living room, a cupboard door hanging off, one pillow without a pillow case, a sheet that didn’t fit the bed, stained and ripped throw on the bed, no lock on bathroom door! One or 2 of these wouldn’t have been a problem but there are around 20 “faults” and for what we paid for the accommodation it’s just not acceptable. 4 days later we are still awaiting a response from the property. Such a shame as it sounded an amazing apartment on paper but reality was different.
