Please don't book this property or the agent that's let's others out in the city. He lies

We never got in. The lock was broken and for two hours they said they would be there in 10 mins. Despite 26 messages to the agency nothing. It was dark cold and late.

Didn't see it. But the agent was dishonest We had a contract with booking. Com but no service was delivered.i am still waiting for a refund. We had to book somewhere else there was only one place available and had to commit to three nights.

Great location. Some minor issues

Great location Plenty of space Bright Air con in all bedrooms

Not nearly enough towels One of the showers leaked all over the floor. It was unusable so we had one shower for 7 people which was challenging. Lock didn’t work in usable shower room. Luckily we were all family. There is a lot of wear and tear. Could do with a remodel. The best bedroom at the front was extremely noisy from the activities on street below.

Really enjoyed it and location/building was great.

Very clean, location excellent - really central to everything. Good to not have to share rooms with a group of friends.

Had to ask for more towels, had one each, but was rectified quickly. Balcony is much tinier than it looked in photo. Would have been nice to have a few more basics - very little toilet roll, no bin bags, no sugar etc. and there were only 3 wine glasses. Could also do with a shelf/surface space in bathroom because there was nowhere to put things. All little niggles though.

Espectacular apartamento en pleno centro para familias

Excelente apartamento en pleno centro. A tan solo dos minutos andando de calle Larios. Restaurantes y bares alrededor del edificio. El apartamento muy limpio, bien decorado tal y como aparece en las fotografías. El anfitrión muy amable nos envió toda la información detallada dos días antes de la llegada. Todo perfecto. Sin duda repetiremos.

El mejor departamento para conocer una ciudad hermosa

El departamento está buenisimo, perfectamente decorado y con mucho estilo, las fotos reflejan fielmente lo que son las instalaciones. Eramos una familia de 8 y dormimos muy cómodamente. Los espacios comunes muy agradables y espaciosos para pasar un rato en familia. Pero lo que más nos gustó fue la atención personalizada llevada a otro nivel. Los anfitriones estaban receptivos y atentos a cualquier detalle para solucionarlo inmediatamente, sin ninguna demora. Pero lo que refleja fielmente su orientación al cliente es que se nos quedó un traje colgado al dejar el departamento, y teniamos un matrimonio dos dias después, nuestro anfitrión, sin dudarlo nos envió el traje a Pamplona para que nos llegara al dia siguiente.
