Clean and tidy chalet.
Good communication by letting company.
Good park facilities - especially the pool.
Nice location.
Very impersonal - some pictures on the walls would be nice.
Hot water had not been switched on so several hours before we could have a shower.
The kitchen pans are very worn - they need replacing.
TV had been disconnected from WiFi service and took a lot of working out to get it sorted.

Perfect chalet with everything one could possibly need. Lovely location.
Only a small issue but we didn't find the mattress comfortable at all.

The chalet, the site, the location and the fact thst 3 dogs were accepted
I knew I had to provide my own linen and towels but was shocked at the lack of other things such as
Free WiFi, never had to pay before
No hand cleanser
No washing up liquid or cloth, normally provided
No bath mat, normally provided
