The location is excellent. I was there during the Ascension Days which is a big holiday in Germany, so all the lively attractions were just around the corner late into the night. Breakfast can be bought in excellent nearby cafés or breakfast ingredients like tee or coffee in well-equipped shops within walking distance. The apartment is nice and spacious and, as there is no elevator in the building, you get bonus exercise climbing two flights of stairs.

Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist schön, ordentlich und sauber. Die Ausstattung ist gut, eine Kaffeemaschine (Nescafe Kapselmaschine) ist vorhanden. Der Parkplatz vor der Türe ist perfekt, die Lage sehr zentral, direkt in der Innenstadt. Zum Bahnhof sind es zu Fuß ca. 15-20 Minuten. Das Badezimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber zweckgemäß. Ich würde die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Die Lage mitten in der City war perfekt. Die Wohnung ist einfach eingerichtet. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt sollte man sein Kochgeschirr und Kaffeemaschine mitbringen. Ansonsten sind Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und Kühlschrank vorhanden. Auch ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden.
Check in/ Check out - Check out bis 15 Uhr ist großzügig, bedeutet aber auch, das die Wohnung erst danach gesäubert wird und auch dann erst zur Verfügung steht.
