The location is good, but the overall condition of the apartment is poor.

Location

Everything was very dusty, the shampoo in the bathroom had run out and hadn’t been refilled, and there was only one thin pillow per person — no additional pillows were provided.

Wish I could have stayed longer in Hamburg.

Great location. Close to the station. Good restaurants close by. Great room. Took a couple of ideas for my vacation house alterations.

I couldn’t find the milk and coffee. I was made to pay Euros 150 before being sent the entry code as a deposit. This was not m mentioned in Booking.com I am still not sure if I have received the deposit back & I am trying to check multiple cards if the deposit was received back. This should have been mentioned way in advance.

1. Appartement wird schnell „muffig“, deshalb soll man beim Verlassen auch die Fenster gekippt lassen 2. Badezimmer für 4 Personen klein 3. Betten sind nicht gut

Nicht zu empfehlen

Sehr kompliziert um zu buchen, die wollten Kaution und haben Par Teller und Handtücher Fotos geschickt um das Geld abzuziehen. Ich empfehle es nicht.

Nicht sauber, schlechte Matratzen, Personal sehr unhöflich und wollten unbedingt um 10 Uhr das wir raus gehen weil die kein Zeit haben.

Super Lage, moderne Einrichtung, alles vorhanden, Kaffeemaschine mit Bohnen ist top, sehr viel Platz

Die Trennwand zwischen Wohn und Schlafzimmer war verglast, somit hell, wenn in einem der beiden Zimmer Licht an war.

Läget är fantastiskt! Rent och fräscht. Snabba svar och åtgärder på våra frågor och behov under vistelsen.

Snudd på för många sängplatser i denna lägenhet, dessutom bara en toalett inkl dusch. Vi var 8 vuxna. Vi visste så klart förutsättningarna när vi bokade men det blev påtagligt när vi väl var på plats.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen und sie ist warm und hell, aber nicht gemütlich.

Die Wohnung war ohne Frühstück. Da ist eine Kaffeemachine (nicht ganz leicht zu benutzen und ohne Anweisungen), aber z.B. kein Tee. Die Wohnung ist groß und hell.

Die Einrichtung ist kühl und sachlich, aber die Wohnung kann nicht als gemütlich beschrieben werden. Was auf den ersten Blick wie ein Sofa aussah stellte sich als eine Reihe von Ausziehbetten heraus, die zum Sitzen außerst unbequem sind. An den Wänden hängen Bilder, aber in einem Fall ist der Rahmen kaputt und in einem anderen Fall ist das Bild nicht richtig reingelegt worden.

Alles toll, aber unmögliche Ein- und Auscheck-Zeiten

Tolle Lage und sehr schönes Apartment. Sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet.

Die Ein- und Auscheck-Zeiten fanden wir grenzwertig für den gezahlten Preis. Wir dürften erst um 16:00 Uhr einchecken. Im Apartment war jedoch noch eine Putzfrau, die erst um 16:45 fertig war. Solange saßen wir auf unseren Koffern rum. Am Morgen mussten dann schon zwischen 9:30 und 10:00 das Zimmer verlassen und wurden mehrfach darauf hingewiesen, dass bei einem späteren Checkout 30,-€ berechnet werden. In Hotels werden die Ein- und Auschecken-Zeiten in der Regel etwas kulanter gehandhabt. Ich würde daher dieses Apartment nicht noch einmal für einen Kurzurlaub buchen.

Tolle zentrale Lage, technische Mängel

Super Lage und netter Empfang mit Getränken auf dem Tisch.

WLAN und damit auch TV funktionierten nicht. Die Matratzen waren sehr durchgelegen.
