About this house rental
Our house (approx. 550 square meters of living space) extends over three floors.
There are two fully equipped apartments on the ground floor.
The upper floor consists of 1 large living room, 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher and fridge / freezer combinations, also with the basic necessities such as coffee, tea, sugar etc.), two bathrooms and a 44 sqm winter garden.
The two apartments on the ground floor and first floor are suitable for senior citizens. Wheelchair users are possible on request on the ground and upper floors.
In the attic there are then 3 fully equipped apartments with balconies.
All bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer.
All apartments are modernly equipped with single beds (90 x 200), bedside tables, wardrobes, table and chairs, a TV table and a television. The single beds can be pushed together if necessary.
For toddlers we can offer a high chair and a travel cot. Children's dinnerware is available.
Our house is located on a 3900 square meter plot. A large garden with terrace can be shared. Garden furniture and a grill are available.
Parking is located directly at the house.
Also ideal for cyclists. We have a lockable room for your bikes.
Glüsingen is located on the southern outskirts of Hamburg in the municipality of Seevetal.
The nearest train station is Meckelfeld about 3 km from the house. From there you can be at Hamburg Central Station in 15 minutes.
Harburg train station is around 7 km away.
The next bus stops can be reached in about 5-10 minutes on foot (lines 4661, 343, 4633, 247, 447, 141, 548 and 4624).
With the S-Bahn you can easily travel from the Harburg train station to Hamburg city center or the port (without changing trains).
The A7 (Fleestedt), A 39 (Seevetal) and A1 (Harburg) motorways can be reached in about 10 minutes.
Shops (Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, bakery, Edeka, etc.), restaurants and petrol stations can be reached in a few minutes.

Großzügiges Haus in allen Wohnbereichen mit sehr guter Ausstattung von den Bädern bis zum Gasgrill. Alles Bestens.

Das Objekt wirkt live nochmal schöner als auf den Bildern. Vor Allem die Terrasse und der Garten sind wirklich super um wetterunabhängig eine schöne Zeit zu verbringen.
