Well, it’s a trap

We stayed at this apartment as a group of 10 people. As you can imagine, with that many guests, maintaining complete silence at all times is nearly impossible. Even when we were just talking slightly louder than usual, we received complaints from the neighbors. If noise is such a sensitive issue, the host should reconsider renting this place out to large groups in the first place. Additionally, we had already paid a cleaning fee in advance through Booking.com, yet another €150 was charged to my card after checkout. Despite my efforts, the host has not refunded this extra charge. This is extremely disappointing and feels unfair. The host even sent me photos and videos of the apartment post-checkout, claiming it was left in an unacceptable state. I find this quite awkward and inappropriate. We took out the trash and, apart from leaving a few towels on the floor and a can of Pringles on the table, the place was reasonably tidy — nothing that would warrant an extra fee. Overall, this apartment felt like a trap. And while I am usually an empathetic and considerate guest who respects hosts' rules and requests, I feel obligated to share this experience. Sadly, when the host behaves poorly, a negative review is inevitable. I hope the host takes this feedback constructively and improves communication and clarity for future guests.

Spędziłyśmy pobyt w tym apartamencie w siedem osób – grupa dojrzałych kobiet. Miejsce położone jest w pięknej, spokojnej i bardzo cichej okolicy, z doskonałą lokalizacją blisko metra – zaledwie dwie stacje do Rathausplatz. Apartament jest bardzo przestronny, wygodny i funkcjonalny. Niczego nam nie brakowało – kuchnia była w pełni wyposażona we wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy, co bardzo doceniłyśmy przy dłuższym pobycie. Mamy jednak pewne zastrzeżenia dotyczące czystości – zauważyłyśmy sporo kurzu za łóżkami, a łazienka mogłaby być dokładniej posprzątana. Poza tym nie mamy większych uwag. Największym minusem okazała się jednak kwestia ciszy nocnej. Po godzinie 22:00 otrzymywałyśmy natychmiastowe wiadomości z prośbą o zachowanie ciszy, mimo że nie było muzyki, tańców ani imprezy – jedynie spokojne rozmowy przy stole. Rozumiemy zakaz organizowania imprez, jednak przy zwykłej rozmowie było to dość uciążliwe. Apartament przeznaczony jest nawet dla 12 osób, więc oczekiwanie absolutnej ciszy przy normalnym korzystaniu z przestrzeni wydaje się trudne do spełnienia.
