Good location on beach and close to Publix and other stores and a couple good restaurants. Easy access. Nice pool area.

The condo was small. No garbage disposal, no washer and dryer. I knew they had a laundry room, but it was expensive, the machines were older, and expensive to use. Plus it kept taking my money every time I used it. The condo was clean. But in the 17 years we have rented in St Augustine it was by far my least favorite. No storage at all. We had to utilize the second bedroom for much of our stuff. The closets that were there were either filled with (1) a TV, (2) storage carts, or locked. The bathrooms were old, and the sinks were dark and dingy looking, but they were clean when we got there. Upstairs shower was old and we chose to simply no use that one. The kitchen was just okay. Not the worst place, but would never rent it again. Aside from pool and tennis courts there were no other facilities. There was no wooden walkway to the beach, just a sandy walk up and down some steep sand hills. Entire complex seems tired and old.
