Unit has been extensively renovated for your enjoyment with new bed frames (1King master and 2 double Full beds in the second room) quality foam mattresses in all beds, high quality sheets, pillow cases and awesome comforters for a great sleep experience.
Bedrooms are located in the second floor of the unit.

Kitchen was well stocked, the bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. Proximity to ocean was great. Check-in was easy. Closet space was limited due to lots of existing stuff (spare mattresses, cots, etc.), and a drying rack would have been useful.

The property should not be considered a 10 as I see in other reviews, as it is due a cleanliness overall. I will say the owner was very kind and responsive and there was plenty of room. Great location for pool and ocean use; however, it needs a very good cleaning.
