Love the location to the beach, great view as well. A few ants but nothing terrible, tv did not work a few days but overall wonderful stay and the kitchen had what we needed to cook and bake at home.

Property wasn't ready at checkin time. Floor could have been cleaner. Need better towels. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

The place was older and definitely not luxury. It was pretty clean but cabinets in kitchen were in disarray and closet had broken beach chairs in it. This is a two story unit with bedrooms and one shared bath upstairs and then a bath downstairs. No bathrooms connected to bedrooms. Sheets were rough. Plumbing in upstairs bath was very slow to drain and needs repair. It was just ok. Not somewhere i would stay again. People that live there were really chill and beyond the construction being done, the place was quiet.
