PROS: A beautiful, CLEAN albeit dated condo on the beach in St Augustine. Very happy with it. We appreciated welcome gifts from the host company & complete list of amenities at condo. NB pool ISN’T heated. Benefitted by reduced rates which helped us afford a condo on beach.CondoRentals easy to text and phone. Two minor hiccups occurred and Matthew came over to quickly fix tv other fixed at check out.Loved Old Town and all colonial historic places.Plenty of affordable and very good restaurants with daily fresh catch for seafood lovers.CONS: very low water pressure upstairs bathroom made rinsing one’s hair challenging. And my hair is short. Pool is unheated so with cool ocean temps in March pool not a comfortable option.Make sure to take your phone or have a small flashlight going out at night bc it’s very difficult reading numbers you need to re enter some condos.Most Old St Augustine parking costs but we did find some places to park free.
