Overall it was a great stay - there were no washcloths available and the towels were pretty thin, and some of the dishes were dirty. But, decor was nice, view was great.

We had a wonderful stay in Saint Augustine. We have been visiting this condo unit for many years. Unit unit was well equipped, Had a wonderful view. Owner communication was great. We hope to visit again.

The biggest issue we had was hot water in the showers. Owner responded immediately but never fixed the issue. They sent us information about how they could not correct the problem because of the new faucets. My advice was they call a plumber. I also told them the shower faucets were reversed the hot was cold and the cold was warm. They e mailed me they would but by day 6 we never heard back. We all ended up taking showers in one bathroom with warm water. Very uncomfortable. Both I and my adult daughter were offered a reduction in rent, when we asked for the reduction they said it was never offered. I did not appreciate being told “my personal preference was for hot water”… I believe everyone likes a hot shower! Also , after being told from day one “ what can we do to make this better, maybe take a few days off the rent” then refusing to do so was not good.
Vacation is suppose to be a time to relax… this was not. We were lied to from day one.
