We were met by the owner (João) and then given a short tour and explanation; there were also nice and tasty snacks waiting for us. The bungalow has all amenities and is very neatly maintained. There is nothing to fault regarding the bungalow or the welcome. The location is centrally situated and within walking distance of the city center of Funchal.
If we have to mention a negative point, it is the location. You are right in the middle of the local population, which is of course not a problem. However, work needs to be done, and there was a renovation going on at the neighbors' house, which caused a lot of noise early in the morning. Now, we are not late sleepers on vacation, so we were always up early. But this can be annoying for some people.

La casa è molto carina, pulita e ben arredata. Le camere da letto sono spaziose, i due bagni comodi e ben organizzati. Il proprietario è stato gentile e disponibile, ci ha accolti spiegandoci tutto e si è messo subito a disposizione per qualsiasi necessità. E' possibile anche parcheggiare l'auto all'interno di un box privato attiguo.
La posizione non è comodissima, in quanto la casa si trova in una via isolata e su una collinetta. Il centro di Funchal dista, a piedi, circa 15/20 minuti.

Alles is aanwezig in het huis voor een zorgeloze vakantie en het is allemaal zeer proper! Door de garage is het de perfect locatie om alle uitstappen op het eiland te verkennen.
Het huis is ook recent verbouwd dus voldoet aan alle huidige standaarden.
Het huis ligt ietsje buiten het centrum maar in 10 minuten wandelen sta je in het centrum van Funchal.
