La casa estaba limpia, era muy cómoda y tenía todo lo que necesitaba. La terraza aunque ruidosa se agradece para desayunar. Parking gratuito, también muy importante. Bien insonorizado.

Si abres ventanas es ruidoso pero está bien insonorizado. Alguna cosa más sucia del uso: silla, sillón

One of the standout aspects of the property was the parking - having the rental car secure in a free parking lot added great peace of mind. We also really appreciated the washroom/ washing machine for after some muddier hikes to keep us fresh! The balcony was also a nice addition with good views towards Funchal. Having a bath was a lovely added luxury! The place was perfect for our desire to explore the whole island and we really appreciated easier access from Funchal to the East.

We did sometimes find that better soundproofing against the loud river outside would have been beneficial for sleeping, though we thought the river itself was beautiful (and that is more about the street than the property). I was sleeping on the sofa bed, which wasn’t entirely comfortable but was manageable. The shower was good but the water was cold after one person showering and this was consistently the case every morning, which wasn’t always pleasant. Strangely, we would have appreciated a warmer lamp or two just to create a cosier feel. The harsh lighting felt a bit artificial.

The couch was very uncomfortable. Couldn’t use patio due to street and water noise.
