This isn’t your typical vacation home in Magnolia Cottages! LICENSE TO CHILL 30A boasts an abundance of amenities that sets this home aside from others. This showcase property offers upgraded lighting, panoramic glass doors, outdoor showers, wine fridge, additional ice maker, beach towels, emergency generator, and for the eco-friendly, a level 2 EV charger (free for guest use).
Take your culinary experience to the next level with an array of upscale small kitchen appliances, not commonly found in a rental home. LICENSE TO CHILL 30A also offers the versatile Big Green Egg (charcoal/cooking tools included) AND a Gas Grill. Elevate your dining experience with upscale dinnerware, barware, a full spice rack, olive oil, coffee pods & filters and select paper goods – all at your disposal.
For added convenience and entertainment, you will find a 6 – seater golf cart which makes getting your companions and their gear to the beach access effortless. Explore the surroundings with 4 NEW complimentary bikes, provided exclusively for your use. Take a leisurely ride on the Timpochee Trail to discover the many boutiques and eateries in Rosemary, Alys or live entertainment at The Big Chill. LICENSE TO CHILL 30A invites you to experience a vacation beyond the ordinary, where luxury and convenience seamlessly merge for an unforgettable stay.
TRANSPORTATION
* 6-person golf cart (with signed waiver - must be 25 to operate) for use ONLY in neighborhood - not allowed on 30A.
* Bikes are popular on 30A! 4 are included with this rental.
HELPFUL NEIGHBORHOOD INFORMATION
* Golf Cart Parking: There's designated parking at the front of the neighborhood between Morgan Street and the Waterhouse condos.
* Large resort style pool (heated depending on ambient nightly temperatures)
* Community green space (located at pool).
BEACH ACCESS:
* There are two public beach access points:
Seabreeze Public Access located approximately 500ft west (near Mistral Condos) of Patina Blvd. This beach access has a shower but no parking. Golf cart parking is located at entrance of Magnolia Cottages.
Seacrest Public Access located approximately 500ft east of Patina Blvd. There is not shower or parking. Golf parking is located at the entrance of Magnolia Cottages.
* Please note that the Magnolia Cottage Beach Walkover is currently under construction.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (SLEEPS 10)
* PRIMARY BEDROOM: 1st Floor with a king bed, TV, private bath with double vanities and a walk-in shower
* UPSTAIRS PRIMARY: 2nd Floor with a king bed, TV, private bath including a jacuzzi tub/shower combination; BONUS: Fabulous Outdoor Shower just outside the door
* QUEEN BEDROOM: 2nd Floor with a queen bed, TV, private bath with walk in shower
* BUNK ROOM: 2 sets of twin XL over queen bunks, TV, private bathroom with shower/tub combination. This room has a multi-game arcade for both young and old alike!

FOR THE KITCHEN: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher pods or liquid equivalent and no less than 5 extra liners for the kitchen trash.
FOR THE BATH: Each bathroom will have 2 rolls of toilet paper and trash can liner. Additionally, laundry pods are provided for LG wash tower.
This home does have external surveillance devices.

We had an excellent stay at License to Chill. The home was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need - from a fully equipped kitchen to beach chairs, toys, and a golf cart for easy transportation. We didn’t need to bring a single thing from home; even a bike pump was provided! The gas grill and Green Egg were excellent and made outdoor cooking a highlight of our stay. The detailed directions and clearly labeled items made everything simple and stress-free. Communication with the owner was outstanding - prompt, helpful, and attentive. We would highly recommend this property and would be happy to stay here again.

We could not have had a better experience at License to Chill! It was our first trip to the area and this was the perfect place for our family to gather and enjoy your beautiful home! Love the wine and the welcome card, it’s those small touches that really make a difference! We also spent lots of down time just enjoying family together in the living room and especially the screened in porch. Also loved your suggestions on places to go. Thank you so much!

Beautiful beach cottage to relax and spend time with family. We have been coming to this house for the past 4 years, and it truly has become a tradition that we all look forward to. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out yet cozy enough to enjoy time together for coffee, cocktalis, meals and games!
The home is always clean, well stocked and the owners are super responsive to any needs that arise. The location could not be better; close to the beach thanks to the golf cart, but also convenient to the pool and close enough for day trips, shopping and activities.
It feels like a home away from home. The grandchildren love it. We are thrilled that we are making memories here year after year.
Can't recommend it enough and already looking forward to next summer!

This home and property are absolutely beautiful! We vacationed here with friends, and it was perfect for our group of eight. The house was spotless, exactly as described, and the host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the ice machine was a huge plus for packing coolers for the beach. The golf cart made trips to the beach and the Big Chill so easy, and the kids adored their cozy bunk room.We had the best vacation here and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway
