A truly charming historic apartment featuring bright and spacious rooms, parquet flooring, and large windows. The apartment includes two bedrooms, a dining and living room with two sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. Enjoy a private fitness room with a sauna, cross-trainer, rowing machine, and a huge rooftop terrace with a lounge area and dining space. A perfect combination of homey comfort and vacation vibes!

The building offers on-site massage services, a hairdresser is located directly across the street, and cozy cafés are just around the corner. Downstairs, you’ll find my bar, which is open from Thursday to Saturday.
