Good location and nice finishes. I can see the guest cottage being nice if needed, but we didn't need it and it had a bit of a funky smell (pretty normal with high moisture lake cottages). The kitchen, living space, and front yard fire pit were all nice. The beds were super comfortable. Quick walk to the beach. The grill didn't work the first night when starting to make dinner, even though the gas tank was full. Someone came promptly to try to fix it, but couldn't so had to come back the next day. He said they have spare grills for situations like this, but given it was a super busy holiday weekend they had already given the spares to other houses - so we just got unlucky with the delayed repair. The main house didn't have kitchen paper towels, but the cottage house did so we used that. The sliding screen to the front porch also didn't have a bottom track, so it would swing outward easily so we didn't feel comfortable using it. Just a few things that no one wants to deal with when paying four digits per night after taxes/cleaning/fees.I'll end by repeating that the finishes were very nice and the concept of having a firepit in the FRONT yard was new to us but we loved it!

My wife and our two children and their spouses and our two grandchildren had a great time here. This house is an easy walk to the beach, coffee shops, a gelato place and more. We all agreed we want to come back next year!
