About this cottage rental
Pier Joy is two cottages from the late 1940s, recently remodeled and joined, booked as one stay. The Cozy cottage and the Hidden cottage still have their own entrances, kitchens, living rooms, and baths. Connecting them gave each side an extra bedroom.
The cottages sit on 2.5 wooded acres down a winding private drive, with plenty of room to park. Together they sleep 12: a queen and two fulls in the Cozy cottage, a king and two queens in the Hidden cottage, plus two full baths.
Downtown Union Pier is walkable for coffee at Black Currant, dinner at Union Pier Social, and a classic stop at Red Arrow Roadhouse. Three beach accesses are close, including Union Pier Beach, about a 20 minute walk or a few minutes by car. Most guests drive. Round Barn and St. Julian are an easy stroll.
A grill and a patio are at the house. Linens, wifi, washer/dryer, and A/C are included. Prices include all fees. Check-in is after 4pm, checkout by 11am. No pets (severe allergy), no parties, no smoking.

Both of our rentals were perfect! Plenty of parking, both units had everything the six of us needed! Nice deck with grill, furniture and again perfect! Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dishes. Bath rooms were plenty big, nice showers and plenty of towels. Washer and dryer were a plus as we did laundry and the machines were modern and clean. Welcome gift bags were a very nice surprise. Tv and streaming, WiFi all great.

Cottages were lovely, very clean & fully equipped. We enjoyed relaxing in back yard. Beautiful wooded surroundings. Property managers excellent in communication. Highly recommend.
