▶ To avoid insects and mold, please keep all windows and doors closed. Leaving them open while the AC is on could result in a fee up to $500. For your comfort, we recommend setting the AC between 72-83°F.
▶ This apartment is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout).
▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted.
▶ Pets are not allowed.
▶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.
▶ No smoking of any substance is permitted in the unit. Evidence of any type of smoking will result in a $250 fee, and you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.
▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.
▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.
▶ Please note that moving the furniture in the apartment is not permitted. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty in the amount of $250.
▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.
▶ TRASH: The trash is removed every Thursday. If your reservation falls on this day, please kindly place the trash containers outside by the road on Wednesday evening so the trash can be picked up. The trash bins are located on the opposite side of the house near the parking pad. After the trash is picked up, please return the containers no later than Thursday evening.
▶ Our properties are professionally cleaned and treated regularly for pests. Due to the local climate, occasional insects may enter the home despite our best efforts. Please let us know if you experience any issues, and we’ll address them immediately.

The apartment was beautifully appointed, well lit, and in a safe neighborhood. I found it very easy to book the unit. The owner was always very quick to respond to any of my messages and was really helpful. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Was outstanding! Our host was attentive and even anticipated any possible questions...made sure we had anything and everything we could need. The location was spot on for everything we wanted to do! Would definitely stay here again!

I really wanted to give this stay a 5 star review because the rental was beautiful and clean! The location was phenomenal, super close to all the monuments and downtown DC. But sleeping was rough because it was too hot for us and the thermostat was not located in the rental where we could adjust, and that’s a big turn off for us. When contacting the property manager, it would take awhile to get a response and so we dealt with it while we were there. Also, they do not provide washcloths even though the listing states they provide towels and linen. In my mind that would include washcloths. They should update the listing to specify that there would be no washcloths. Overall it was a fine experience.
