PARKING: The Garage is meant to fit 2 average-sized cars, including some SUV’s. But exceptionally large vehicles (such as Lincoln Navigators or trucks), may not fit inside garage.

-There is street parking. *However* it is limited as in typically it’s all occupied since there’s isn’t many spaces for parallel street parking.

-There are Guest Parking Spaces (separate from the parallel street parking) but you would need a Guest Pass to park in the Guest Parking Spaces after 10pm. Otherwise they’ll tow & I don’t provide the Guest Passes, unfortunately.

-The *Only* Guaranteed parking would be the townhome garage which fits 2 Average-Sized cars.

Cleanliness is important to me and for my Guests so between each and every Guest’s Stay, the cleaning crew is thorough and ensures everything has been properly Cleaned & Sanitized. Light Switches, remotes, video game controllers, board game pieces, door knobs & handles (like sinks), all high touch & low touch surfaces.

As well as ensuring all bedding is properly washed & clean. I personally do not like to cut any corners on this and everything else I do
