Located in a upscale, safe, and quiet neighborhood a few blocks from beautiful Old Town Alexandria. Perfect for casual strolls with friends and family to enjoy the beauties of life. This historic CozySuites home has 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms that can sleep 10! Relax and enjoy this space with high speed internet, complimentary coffee, and a large game room with a pool table to enjoy with friends and family! Our favorite part of this house is the beautiful backyard.

Sleeping 10, The house is cozy, suitable for a family, group of friends or business travelers. It has all the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay and treat yourself :)

Nestled along Highway 1 near the Potomac River, Potomac West is a bustling neighborhood with unbeatable access to historic Downtown Alexandria. Potomac West’s residential streets are lined with upscale, longstanding homes and luxury apartments available for rent. Because of the neighborhood’s central location, rent tends to be at a higher price point, but there are affordable housing options in the area as well. Potomac Yard Center sits across Highway 1 and features several department stores, retailers, and grocers, with more dining and shopping options available throughout the area. Along Mount Vernon Avenue you’ll find charming, locally owned restaurants, cafés, specialty shops, and a farmers market. Several subway stations help commuters get to and from their destinations, with the most popular locale being Washington, DC, located just seven miles north of Potomac West.
Other Things to Note:
Security camera/recording device — Front - Facing entrance; camera is turned on 24/7 (no audio) and records people coming in/out of the listing
No smoking, parties, pets
Check-in 4 PM, check-out 11 AM ($75/hr late fee)
$200 penalty for removing smoke detectors
No outside guests without permission
One towel per guest per stay
Valid photo ID required to complete the booking
ESA (Emotional Support Animal): A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.
To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:
1. 22 years old for out of town guests
2. 25 years old for local guests
No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 10pm-7am each day.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
Note that all guests are required to submit a $200 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $39.99 non-refundable damage waiver.

For a first timer using vrbo, process was easy. Only work required was the clicking of my finger. The host were accessible, answered my questions in a timely manner, and it was a great overall experience. I am now a customer!

Third bedroom is in basement without legal egress. No windows and had to go through 2 door to reach the exterior. The yard needs some serious clean up and pruning. Had to duck under branches to reach front door. I’m 5 ft . You can do better
