Extremely difficult to access the building. There was no indication that I needed to have two computers to do a security top securite code and id to enter. Joe helped VIA phone as "booking.com" failed. I had reentry issue, I just stood outside and waiting for others to let me in.
There were no blankets for the bed(s), so I had to turn the heat up. Most of the over head lights in the kitchen are out.
Lot of damage was found and sent to Joe. Joe did help, did a fantastic job. The place was clean. and delivered in other asspects.
Inability to gain entry. No directional signs on the floors.

The extra deposit not mentioned in the booking. The unnecessary parking charge for using the garage. Its booking mentions parking available, but not that you have to pay. Also a lot of hoops to jump through just to get the room. Had to go through another app and do a bunch of things. Next time, I’ll just get a hotel.
