What I like about this house is that it is just a short distance to the Nation’s Capital, yet it is in a quiet friendly neighborhood, surrounded by nature parks. Walking distance to shops and eateries. Minutes to highways 395-495 and historic Old Town Alexandria

Our 3-bedroom home can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests in 1 queen, 3 twin bed and one trifold mattress
The master bedroom comes with a queen and completes with a spacious private bathroom with walk-in closet and full-length mirror. Your bed will be made, ready for a good night sleep
Bedroom # 2 comes with 2 twins and completes with a nightstand, wall hooks, open closet and full-length mirror for your convenience. Your beds will be made, ready for a good night sleep
Bedroom # 3 comes with a twin bed, a trifold floor mattress, a desk and a chair, You can work, rest or sleep here
Stunning bathroom updates include new wood vanity, new fixtures, and new white towels
Living room, bright and open-concept, with comfortable furniture allows everyone feel right at home
Dining room set includes a dining table and chairs that seats 6 comfortably
Fully equipped kitchen is perfect for those hoping to cook, or whip up a small breakfast prior to taking on the city

* 12 sets of dinnerwares, cups, glasses, etc. so that you don't have to wash dishes all the time
* Full size washer and dryer (steps to the basement utility room), free of charge
* Hair blow dryer in each bathroom
* White towels in bathroom
* Fresh linens in each bedroom
* 3 in 1 basic shampoo/conditioner/body wash in each bathroom
* Hangers in bedroom closet and hallway closet
* Iron and tabletop ironing board in hallway closet
It is important to note the lower level, also called English walkout basement, in this home has separate entrance and for owners only. It is not for rent. We would inform home guests in advance when we use the basement apartment or any time we are on the premises

With many family-owned shops and authentic restaurants intermingled with shopping mall and shopping centers, any shopper will find something up their alley in the vibrant Alexandria/Lincolnia/Landmark neighborhoods
Our neighbors are families with young children. Quiet hour starts 10PM. Please no late night party or event
Families with kids are welcome. Please note that our home is not child proof

My family of 5 stayed here for 10 days while we visited DC and the surrounding area. The home was clean and comfortable. A nice place to come back to and relax each night. The washer/dryer was great to have access to. We had one issue with the lock, but Khue and her brother were very responsive and walked us through it! Great place to stay. Close to DC. Would stay here again.

This house was perfect for our stay. It was close to grocery shopping and the Metro. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. The house was very nice and had enough space and amenities. The check in and check out process was so easy. We would highly recommend this house for your next vacation to D.C.

This house has a very neat aesthetic and a peaceful vibe. I had to rent a house to accommodate four of my girlfriends who gather in a different city every year and this was perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and the property presents as in the photos. The owner communicated when I emailed him and my friends and I had a really good time. Great kitchen, updated bathrooms, peaceful back deck overlooking a wooded neighborhood and a fox darted by us as we were drinking coffee in the morning! I know the neighborhood but if you dont, its close to I-395 and a quick Uber/Lyft to the Metro. Bonus - if you turn right from the house onto the main street, theres a very nice walking path at the bottom of the hill.
