About this apartment rental
This lovely fully furnished private apartment is close to all the major parts of Northern Virginia/DC area. This space is a luxurious 9 ft ceiling private basement apartment in a lovely single family home of a quiet neighborhood - tucked in a busy area close to all the major roads. It has its own private entrance, large sized private bedroom with large windows and full bathroom. You also have your own private large full kitchen, huge living room area & patio. House is located in the Lincolnia area right off 395 Little River Exit in Alexandria, VA on the border of Annandale and Falls Church, 8 miles to DC.
The Space:
This Bright Independent Luxury Basement apartment is its own separate level closed off from the the rest of house. Its very large and spacious with over 1,600 sqft. of living space. It has its own private entrance, private Large Bedroom, large windows, and two walk-in closets, Living Room area, large Full Kitchen, Full Bath (shower with tub), and patio area with Separate Private Entrance. Huge windows across the living room and in the bedroom. Close to 395 and metro bus stops (Alexandria / Landmark Area). Situated between the two hospitals "INOVA Fairfax" and "INOVA Alexandria". Includes Verizon Fios Internet, Cable and Wifi)
Guest access
Guests will have the entire basement level apartment to themselves. It is closed off from the upstairs. Guests will be able to park right by the walkway to the entrance. Guests will also be able to use the bottom patio area. Since the basement level has its own private entrance, its basically its own private apartment with full kitchen and living area as you see in the pics here.
Interaction with guests
You will not need to interact with anyone else. No one needs to access the basement apartment. I would just be your point of contact for meeting you there and giving you the keys. I am easily reachable (text or call) anytime so if you need anything during your stay just let me know. :)
Other things to note:
The upstairs top two levels are closed off. My parents and I live upstairs with our small dogs.
