I liked that there was plenty of room for family in the living area. It was just a step down from the kitchen. The fridge and washer/dryer were modern. We didn’t use the outside sitting area during the winter but it looked nice. I liked that they made up both the regular and sofa beds in the master bedroom (only see the regular grey bed in the photos)

Getting the temp comfortable for both up and down stairs was a challenge. About 5 to 10 degrees warmer upstairs in the winter. The room had a floor fan to use to help circulate air. I slept in the front bedroom and slept better the second night with the door open. Also the front room got the morning sun, some light blocking shades would be nice if wanted darker for sleep. Getting to the master suite meant walking through the twin room (the game table room in the photos). It was fine, since we didn’t use it. But might be a concern if not a single family unit. The kitchen had silverware and some cooking things, but not a ton if planning to cook most of your own meals for your stay.
