- Noise Policy: To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in fines from building management.
- Parking: Please park only in your designated space and display your permit to avoid being towed. We are not responsible for towed vehicles.
- Pool: Not available for this season, we'd appreciate your compression.
- Supplies: We provide a starter kit of supplies. Please note that bath towels and washcloths are not provided.
- The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures.

Met our basic needs, but not not thrilled with our stay here. We just needed it as a place to sleep at night so it worked, but would not recommend as a place if you are spending any time here. The lighting is very poor and the furniture is basic and not comfortable at all. They use WeHost as a property manager which was very corporate and annoying. Requires online registration including photos of Drivers licenses of all guests, photo of your car when you park in garage, and photo of the keys and parking pass when you check out. I didn't have all the licenses for my guests so hadn't registerd them yet and the morning I was checking in my phone was blown up with calls and texts from WeHost trying to get the information.
