Summary:
This tropical top floor penthouse offers beautiful resort views and peek a boo ocean views that look towards the Hilton Waikoloa hotel. The Waikoloa Beach Resort features luscious greenery, koi ponds, a shared swimming pool, a fitness room, and BBQ stations to enjoy. Maximum occupancy strictly enforced in accordance with local ordinances.
The Space:
We provide 2 beach chairs and 1 cooler for guest use.
The living room is furnished with comfortable seating gathered around a flat-screen TV. The home offers central AC to stay cool during the summer months. From here, you can access the wrap around lanai with views of the koi pond and pool area.
Enjoy homemade meals using the chef's kitchen - fully equipped with a drip coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, electric stovetop, and more. If you don't feel like cooking, grab some poke or Hawaiian BBQ!
The main bedroom holds a King bed, TV, and en suite bathroom. The large en suite bathroom has dual sinks, a soaking tub, and walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom similarly has a King bed, TV, and access to the lanai. The 2nd full bathroom is right by the 2nd bedroom.
There is a washer and dryer available. There is parking for 1 car.
The WiFi at this property is spotty, very weak, and at times non existing.
Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.

The host was very welcoming. The place was very nice. Only one problem was the floors were very dirty. They made our feet and socks brown with dirt so we had to wear shoes directly out of the shower. The oven front was dusty and there were a few missed spots of dust on the nightstand but the sheets were clean, the beds very comfortable and overall we liked the place.

The apartment/condo is great. Top floor corner facing west with a large outdoor balcony. There are views of the ocean as well as mountain and the pond below. It was a slow time of year so not many other people in the complex. It was very quiet and peaceful. We like the beaches on the north end of the Kohala coast so this is a great location to explore from as it's much closer than from Kona town. Everything was clean. Basic needs are included. Balcony has lots of good furniture options for sitting or lounging in different areas making it easier to spend a lot of time outside. Beds are comfortable. Pickleball court is a nice feature. Pool is very clean, warm and inviting. Unfortunately the hot tub was broken and not available for use during our entire stay. In general the host company was pretty fast on the reply although it was a bit confusing with multiple texts coming in from different phone numbers making it hard to know which one to reply to. One question was never answered but it wasn't super important. Overall a very good place. We would stay here again.
