NON SMOKING: This vacation rental is a smoke free property. No smoking allowed on the premises.
PET POLICY: Pets not allowed
BABY EQUIPMENT: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please reach out for references to for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
START UP SUPPLIES PROVIDED: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Beautiful, clean, spacious, convenient parking, great vacation resort. Appreciated the beach chairs and the timely emails from the staff regarding arrival and departure instructions. Very warm and friendly staffers at the business office. Your small gift was a nice surprise. Thanks again for your hospitality.

We had a great stay here. Having two king size beds with their own bathrooms was a plus. Beautiful view of the golf course. There were beach towels & chairs, a cooler, boogie boards, and snorkel gear which came in handy. The only negative comment on the unit was the carpet was a bit stained, but that seems to be common in vacation rentals near the beach. Nice quiet location with easy 15 minute walk to the beach. Overall great spot and would recommend!
