This wonderful 3-bedroom, 2-bath single family residence in Interlochen offers an amazing Up-North experience to immerse yourself in a community celebrated for the arts and natural beauty. You're just minutes away from the world-renowned Interlochen Arts Academy, Interlochen State Park and access to Green Lake and Duck Lake for exploring the outdoors. The Interlochen downtown area is 5 minutes by car and has a grocery store and several dining options with a more extensive list of pubs, restaurants, and entertainment in Traverse City (15 mins). The shared frontage on pristine Duck Lake provides endless opportunities for recreation and relaxation. The 2 car garage, storage shed, grill, fire ring, private rear deck, and 2 amazing media areas provide something for the whole family to enjoy.
Bedrooms:
Primary bedroom #1: Features a king sized bed with views towards the front of house, TV with bring your own streaming service capability.
Bedroom #2: Features one full and one twin bed with views to the private, wooded back of the house.
Bedroom #3: Features a queen bed on the lower level, adjacent to large media and recreation room.
Bathrooms:
There are two full bathrooms: one on the main level and one on the lower level.
Indoor Living/Dining Space
Main floor Living Room features a 65” smart TV with bring your own streaming service. Great for movie nights.
Kitchen area is open to dining space, with sliding glass door access to the back deck.
Lower Level Living Room features a 60" TV with bring your own streaming service and lots of open space for games and fun. Perfect for kids or teens to have their own dedicated space in the house, with full bathroom and bedroom.
Outdoor Living/Dining Space
The back deck has a large umbrella table with seating for 6 and a gas grill. It’s well
shaded and private.
The spacious front yard is fully fenced and great for cornhole and other yard games.
The side yard features chairs, a fire pit and wood pile, just waiting for s’mores and cooler nights by the fire

The home shares frontage along pristine Duck Lake, just a few short steps down the private road. Perfect for launching kayaks and enjoying the natural beauty of Michigan lake living!

We had an absolutely fabulous time in Interlochen at this home. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We were two couples, so the split level design was great! We basically had two private apartments in one house. I would definitely recommend this property and this location.

We had an absolutely wonderful vacation, and this home was perfect! We had 3 adults and 3 young children for an 11 night stay, and the space and layout was great. We loved having a media/play room downstairs for the kiddos, and having 2 full baths and laundry made our daily routines easy. The location in Interlochen is a great central spot between Traverse City, Leelanau, and the National Lakeshore. The neighborhood is lovely, wooded, and the property was private and spacious. We enjoyed eating dinners on the deck, then watching the fireflies at dusk, and relaxing by fires in the large pit. Our hosts were amazing! They communicated in a timely manner, sent comprehensive information, made sure the rental was up to expectations, checked in a couple times, and were genuinely kind and friendly. We hope to do a big trip again in a couple of years, and this will be our first choice for a place to stay. Highly recommend!
