Location of the hotel is amazing. For the price we paid I was very happy, amazing value for money, good room and service. The receptionist khayal was very friendly, helpful and spoke perfect english which was very convenient.
Housekeeping service was quite poor, the room was tidied up but not cleaned, cups werent replaced, no new tissues etc.

the Location of the hotel is amazing. Close to most touristic attractions. Very close to a tram station. the staff were very friendely and polite. They spoke English very well and helped me finding a parking spot for my car. The room was also large enough for a family with two kids.
When I ask to clean the room, I supposed that a soap and tea bags should automatically be provided, which was not the case.

Only the location is OK. Comfort is minimal since beds are really poor quality.
Towels were not clean and were not cotton. It felt like using plastics to wipe the water. The worst towells I have ever seen. They were also not clean with different stains on most of them even when replaced.
