    Staff is exceptional (Sirin, Umid...i wish to remember all names of these lovely people)! All are so kind and helpful, first time in Istanbul and they help us a lot to give advises, to order excursion. Food was tasty at breakfast too, all amenities available in the room such shampoo, gel, slippers, WiFi is very fast and working without fault. Location is good, 2 min walk from metro and 5 min from famous sightseeing Galata Tower , beautiful area with narrow streets and cafes. I recommend!!

    The Biancho Pera Hotel is in an excellent location. But the Hotel itself is neglected and needs some tlc maintenance. The breakfast selection could do with some serious menu upgrades. The beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. The street is very noisy hence you would not get a good night's rest. Apart from the Hotel reception staff being very polite and helpful, everything else about this hotel is not worth bragging about. I would definitely not stay here again although it was an interesting experience.

    My girlfriend and I recently stayed at The Biancho Hotel when visiting my sister in Şişhane. Normally, we stay at another nearby hotel, but it was fully booked, so we decided to try this one. Upon arrival, there was no welcome or reception courtesy. A bellboy helped us to our room, but he seemed shy and left immediately after opening the door. Room conditions were very disappointing: Cleanliness: 5/10 Missing slipper TV didn’t work at all—we couldn’t turn it off, so we had to cover it with a blanket to sleep No drinking water provided Wardrobe was dirty and missing a door handle Minibar was dirty and empty, making it pointless Breakfast: 7/10 Overall, the hotel failed to meet basic expectations for comfort and service. These issues made our stay stressful and uncomfortable. We hope management addresses them for future guests.
