Clean and well kept

Location is not the best

The hotel was new rooms 102/103 were very nicely appointed. Pool lovely and an easy drive to the town The manager made everything happen , whatever you wanted he got, very accommodating. As it was out of season we were i. That night the only ones there bit the restaurant still catered for us . Gave feed back on one of the dishes as we are very particular on food. But all in all a great hotel for the money

Reception area hot but they got two air conditioning units out and plugged them in immediately to cool us down whilst gem shopping ( they have a display cabinet ) the contact came to the hotel he was excellent

Modern, clean, efficient, This hotel truly combines all the modern conveniences with a level of old-fashioned graciousness that is rare to find today. Every detail works seamlessly — everything is spotless, efficient, and beautifully maintained. What stood out most was the staff. From management to housekeeping, everyone was genuinely kind, attentive, and professional. A special thank you to Manager Bertrom, who anticipated our needs before we even expressed them, both for business and leisure , which made our stay effortless. Also, Hiram, the lovely and gracious restaurant manager, and the welcoming reception team added such a warm and personal touch. The food was excellent, noticeably better than what we’ve experienced at many other hotels. This hotel should truly be an example to others. We felt cared for at every level, and it made all the difference.
