    I’ve stayed there over a week. Rooms were cozy and clean , nearby to station . Very nice place to stay

    This was absolutely the worst hotel experience of my trip. The room was extremely small, poorly maintained, and clearly not cleaned properly. Basic hygiene standards were missing. The bathroom was in terrible condition. I did not even feel comfortable touching the shower area, shampoo bottle, or body wash because they looked dirty and unhygienic. I have attached an image of the body wash as proof. I requested the staff to replace them or provide sealed packets. They assured me twice that it would be changed, but nothing was done. No replacement, no apology, no follow-up. Completely unacceptable. I traveled from Ireland to India and had to continue my journey further. My flight landed at 3 AM. Before arriving, I confirmed multiple times about early check-in. I was told I must pay for two full days. I agreed and paid more than 6000 in advance. Despite this, when I reached the hotel at 6 AM, my room was not ready. I had to wait 15–30 minutes. To make it worse, the staff casually said, “Ma’am, we thought you were not coming.” After several confirmation calls and full advance payment, how can a hotel make such an assumption? For over 6000 for just two days, there was no breakfast included, no proper facilities, and no sense of responsibility from the management. This stay was extremely disappointing and not worth the money at all. I strongly advise others to think twice before booking here . Don't go with Google reviews all are fake.
