Any guest plzz don't go worst hotel and staff and hotel is just like chawl dirty room No any facilities and they don't accept online booking and didn't cancel booking if uhh want to cancel . I am professionally doctor and I go with my parents and they behave very unmannered .

I stayed at this hotel in Mumbai for 4 nights, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.
The room was very dirty when I arrived. The floor had clearly not been cleaned properly, and the washroom was also unhygienic. I even found cigarette filters/butts lying on the washroom floor.
What shocked me the most was finding around 20 empty alcohol bottles inside the wardrobe. This made me seriously question whether the room had been properly inspected or cleaned before it was given to me.
During my entire 4-night stay, there was no proper room cleaning. The room itself was extremely small and, in my experience, looked very different from the photos shown online. I booked based on those pictures, but the actual room did not match my expectations at all.
The worst part of the experience happened during checkout, when the person at reception used abusive and disrespectful language toward me. Regardless of any disagreement, guests should be treated professionally and respectfully.
The location was also very poor and inconvenient for me.
Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that Agoda investigate this property and verify whether the photos and room information on the listing accurately represent what guests actually receive.
I personally would never book this hotel again, even if the stay were offered for free. My 4-night stay was extremely unpleasant, and I would advise other travelers to carefully check recent guest reviews before booking.
