    Me and wife booked this hotel for 3 days stay,we booked a delux double bedroom , When we reached there, they shown us a room which is in the under ground,the room was too small and dusty, cigerette packets also there... We asked for a better room , they said there is no rooms left. After struggling we got a room in 1st floor that's full of small pest and small cockroach,they said turn on the lights it will go. The water tank kept upon the washroom,wash room is too small they denied to turn on motor. When we gone outside they opened our room to take an extra small bed there, not informed,so if u go there pls keep ur things safer. When we gone out side we take photos of our bags ang belonging,I must say they checks when we r not there... We said clean the room and washroom.it is the worst stay I have ever had.pls don't select this hotel..... Thank you.....

    I had one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever encountered, and I strongly advise anyone considering this property to look elsewhere. I booked this hotel through Agoda based on the photos and description provided online. The listing presented the property as a clean and comfortable place to stay. Unfortunately, the actual condition of the room was completely different from what was advertised. I arrived at the hotel around midnight after a long journey, expecting to get some much-needed rest. However, upon entering the room, I immediately noticed cockroaches roaming on the bed and throughout the room. The infestation was severe enough that staying there was simply not an option. A room with cockroaches crawling on the bed is not only unacceptable but also a serious hygiene and health concern. I immediately reported the issue to the hotel staff and requested a cancellation and refund. Instead of acknowledging the problem and attempting to resolve the situation professionally, the staff behaved rudely and dismissively. They refused to accept responsibility and repeatedly stated that because the booking had been made through Agoda, any cancellation or refund would have to be handled by Agoda. What disappointed me even more was their attitude. Rather than apologizing for the condition of the room or showing any concern for the inconvenience caused, they spoke in a confrontational manner and indicated that if Agoda contacted them, they would simply provide their own version of events and deny responsibility. Their behavior made it seem as though they were doing me a favor by allowing me to stay there, rather than recognizing that I was a paying customer who had been provided with an uninhabitable room. As a result, I was forced to leave the property immediately in the middle of the night and find alternative accommodation at my own expense. This caused significant inconvenience, unnecessary stress, and additional costs that could have been avoided had the hotel maintained basic standards of cleanliness and customer service. The most disappointing aspect of this experience was not just the condition of the room but the complete lack of accountability shown by the staff. Problems can arise at any property, but the way management responds to those problems speaks volumes about their commitment to guests. In this case, both the accommodation and customer service fell far below acceptable standards. I have photographic and video evidence of the infestation and have submitted a formal complaint seeking a full refund. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property to anyone. If cleanliness, professionalism, and basic customer service are important to you, I would strongly suggest booking elsewhere.
