Very easy to find the keys, the host provided us with a video tutorial on how to unlock garage, door etc. The walk into the main part of town is a bit sketchy, but this does not change the location's rating. The host has been communicating with us promptly, even rang us when we raised a very small issue (unrelated to her property). Everything in the apartment was great, 10/10! We're keen to get in touch with the host again. We loved Madeira and we'll 100% go back to her apartment next time.
