Really great property in a fantastic part of the town. Walkable to all main sites. Lots of space inside the room. Lovely views from the room over the streets and pagoda.
N/A - expensive but comparable prices to other hotels

Location, absolutely amazing. Kitchenette had great fridge with a large freezer section. Super quiet and cozy. Would look for other Apt 11 locations now.
Window had frosted glass so only way to see out was with it open using screen.

Location, location, location.
It’s cramped but that is to be expected.

Location and check in was good
We were surprised that there was no place to hang our washed clothes although a washing machine was provided. We asked the staff and they said to use the aircon or the clothes stand which wasn’t provided in our room. No fresh towels were available either so we had to use wet smelly towels for the duration of our stay. The apartment would smell daily from the dampness. The iron board was also dirty and stained our clothes. We would have done better booking somewhere slightly more expensive for facilities that matched what they were advertised
