Lage ist schön

Ausstattung wie angegeben, aber mehr auch nicht. Die Villa hat zwei Wohneinheiten die mit einer Außentreppe verbunden sind. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend aber wenn wir alle 10 Personen zusammen essen wollten, so war das Geschirr und Besteck bunt zusammengewürfelt. Die Villa wird leider nicht sonderlich gepflegt, was schade ist. Personal im Office war höflich und die Kaution haben zeitnah überwiesen bekommen. Pool wurde zwei mal in 10 Tagen gereinigt.

Sauberkeit leider nicht vorhanden, wir hatten vom vorheriger Mieter einige offensichtliche Überreste in einer der Wohnungen und obwohl uns zugesagt wurde diese zu beseitigen, ist nichts geschehen. Schade, deshalb würde ich es auch nicht mehr buchen obwohl die Größe, Lage und der Preis gut waren.

Estupendos días en Calpe

La villa está ubicada en una zona tranquila y residencial de Calpe. Tiene piscina y estaba lista para usarse tal y como nos confirmaron a través de mensajes con el anfitrión. La casa tiene de todo para hacer de tu estancia una delicia, las camas son muy cómodas, la cocina está muy bien equipada con todo tipo de menaje para 12 personas. Las llaves se recogen en una inmobiliaria que está a 5 minutos en coche de la casa (muy amables por cierto). Gracias por tener la casa preparada mucho antes del tiempo que se indica en la página para hacer el check in. Sin duda, una experiencia de 10. Recomendable 100%.
