The beautiful Grandiosa villa in Calpe has 7 bedrooms and capacity for 14 people. A perfect villa for its amenities, location and capacity to accommodate large families or friends.

The villa is distributed on three floors connected by an internal staircase. On the first floor we find a large living room with air conditioning, smart tv, a nice kitchen with a dining table and fully equipped and access to the terrace and pool. A bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, a bathroom with a shower and a laundry room where the electric boiler of the house is located.
Going up a staircase from the hall of the house we reach the second floor where we find a bedroom with two single beds and a tv, a bedroom with a double bed and a tv, and a fourth bedroom with two single beds and a tv, a bathroom with a shower and a large double room with a TV, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, a dressing room and a terrace. This entire floor has central air conditioning.
On the third floor we find a terrace, a bedroom with two single beds and a TV, a bathroom with a shower, and a seventh bedroom with two single beds, all air conditioning on this floor is also centralized.
