Bright and clean apartment.
Communication was a problem. We wanted to know if we could check in an hour early but struggled to get a response. We were not necessarily expecting to be able to check in early but needed to know if it was possible or not. The apartment only supplied one pillow per person, and there were no mattress covers/protectors on the mattresses, only a thin sheet. Mugs for tea would have been nice as would a tea towel in the kitchen.
