Appartamento molto bello e spazioso in una zona tranquilla, ma allo stesso tempo vicina al centro storico di Firenze. Abbiamo apprezzato il fatto che il proprietario ci ha fatto trovare in frigo ben 4 bottiglie d'acqua fresca, con il caldo di questi giorni è stato importante! L'appartamento era molto pulito e ben organizzato, non si sentiva nessun rumore provenire dall'esterno.
Peccato per il climatizzatore non molto performante (e rumoroso) e per il fatto che al primo piano non ci fosse nessuno split per l'aria condizionata. Davvero l'unica pecca! Consiglierei, inoltre, di mettere un fogliettino con un minimo di istruzioni per l'uso del climatizzatore o del riscaldamento.

Appartamento ben rifinito e accogliente. Dotato di tutti servizi sia per brevi che lunghi soggiorni. Comodo anche per famiglie numerose. Posizione strategica, a due passi dal centro e mezz'ora scarsa sempre a piedi dai centri sportivi maggiori. Pulitissimo.

Apartment was clean and central.
The description says three bathroom but it is actually 2 full bathrooms and a seperate toilet. Water temperature for the showers kept changing from really cold to hot and vice versa (we did ask the landlord to check but it was still the same). Remote for TV in the main bedroom not present.
