Spacious well located apartment, ideal for short stay
Great location only yards from train station and town centre. Bright, spacious rooms, comfortable bed in bedroom, full oven in kitchen.
Sofa too small for more than two people, and really not very comfortable to sit.on at all., although ok as a sofa.bed.

Tutto perfetto
Casa molto bella, pulita, c'era tutto. Posizione centralissima, perfetta anche se arrivi in treno perché la stazione è a pochissimi metri. Letto comodissimo!
È un immobile storico, quindi l' immobile non è perfettamente insonorizzato, ma per il resto è perfetto

Ruim verblijf met fijne host in onrustige buurt.
Ruim appartement met alle basis voorzieningen. Dichtbij station (5 minuten lopen) en het centrum met winkeltjes, restaurants en bars. Supermarkt op 7 minuten lopen. Vanaf station Montecatini Centro kun je steden als Pisa, Lucca, Pistoia en Florence per trein makkelijk bereiken. Treinen gaan 1 à 2 x per uur, dus je moet geen haast hebben. Maar Montecatini Terme (kuuroord) en Montecatini Alto (met kabeltreintje) zijn ook een bezoek waard. Wij deden dat te voet.
Veel herrie op straat, vooral 's nachts (de hele nacht) hard gepraat en geschreeuw, wat ons de nodige nachtrust heeft ontnomen... Doordeweeks was dit een groep jongeren die na middernacht tot leven leken te komen, in het weekeind beschonken volwassenen. Wij verbleven 7 nachten. Na 4 onrustige nachten greep de politie eindelijk in en was het 2 nachten relatief rustig. Nacht 7 was weer lawaaiig helaas. We hebben het opgelost door met koptelefoons op te slapen, maar relaxed is het natuurlijk niet. Om die reden zou ik hier niet meer terug gaan. Zonde van het ruime appartement en het prettige contact met host Paride. De basisvoorzieningen in het appartement waren oké. De inrichting is functioneel en de woonkamer zou nog wat sfeervoller kunnen naar mijn mening. Het kleine TV-tje heeft 4 Italiaanse zenders dus was voor ons niet interessant. In de keuken had iets meer 'gereedschap' fijn geweest om zelf te kunnen koken. De afzuigkap en koelkast mogen schoner en een grotere (goed werkende) vuilnisbak is ook een aanrader.

Superbe nuit dans un appartement chaleureux
Superbe appartement confortable et très bien équipé. Les lits étaient confortables. Nous nous sommes senti comme à la maison. Notre hote a été très réactif et agréable.
Seul point noir, le voisinage et la rue étaient très bruyant (musique, discussion jusqu'à 2h du matin)
