Convenient and Spacious

Great communication with the owner. The property suited us well. It was a bit worn in places (broken cupboard, exposed wires) but mostly clean and convenient. The hot water stopped working but was fixed within 5 hours. We enjoyed having our own bathrooms, and the view at the front was lovely. Quiet and comfortable.

Bad communication from host, inconvenient check in, noisy neighbours, but good location.

I will start with the positives, the location is great, the apartment and rooms are a good size, if we didn't have the issues we did I would think it is good value for money.

To begin, there are no keys on arrival so you have to have paid the city tax, filled in everyone's passport details online, have internet connection to click on a link to open the door. I assumed this was just for check in and there would be keys inside the apartment but no. We had to use mobile phones to click on links everytime we wanted to go in the apartment for both doors. This was really inconvenient, especially as I was travelling with my parents who don't really use their phones while on holiday. Before arriving I had requested a cot be in the apartment, which I confirmed again just before we arrived, they said yes it had been requested. We arrived around 7pm and there was no cot. I contacted the property who said they'd look into it, a few hours later they told me no'one would be able to get us one today and just to put the baby on the sofa with cushions around her, this was obviously really bad advice. Very stressful. We were expecting one to arrive the next morning, but nothing. They were really difficult to get hold of and went for hours without knowing what was happening as they didn't reply or answer the phone. Eventually that evening a guy arrived at the apartment with a travel cot, but no mattress. After about an hour we were told we had to buy our own mattress and they would re-imburse us. We didn't want to go hunting around for a baby mattress, we wanted to enjoy our holiday and go for dinner! But we had to do this, another day/evening of stress because they can't organise themselves. I guess that's what you get when it's managed by a business. They did offer one night refund but we would rather not have had the stress. On the last day we put the washing machine on for a 30 minute wash (it's on the balcony) and it leaked off the balcony, very broken. Apartment below has two noisy dogs barking all the time and they had a party until 5am, you can hear it all.

Saved from Florence! We loved this place!

A life saver of a place! Absolutely perfect! Large and spacious! With a great host! We left Florence because of how busy and obnoxious it was. We found this stay and it was wonderful! A perfect stay to save the day! Thank you so much for everything!

Good location for town centre...generally very comfortable. ATM, cafes and bars close by.

3 en-suite showers.....spacious, quiet at night even though on main road. Air con worked well.

Very noisy upstairs tenants....kids running and screaming often for hours.....and they NEVER closed the building door when coming in/going out. Only 1 power point in kitchen area to service kettle, microwave & coffee machine so needed to keep switching......and no toaster at all. No TV in living room though 1 each in bedrooms, although one would not work...but did not need it so not reported. Could not secure apartment door using heavy duty bolts/bars on inside as no actual keys provided, but Vikey lock did seem to work ok. Sofa not particularly comfortable.

Posizione centralissima, in pieno centro storico. Appartamento ideale per 6 persone, molto luminoso. Fornito di tutti i comfort.

Unica pecca la mancanza di ascensore, con passeggini e valigie è stato un po’ faticoso ed inoltre si potrebbe curare meglio la pulizia

Appartamento super Fantastico

L appartamento è grandissimo e spazioso, una grande comodità erano i bagni che aveva ogni camera, cucina spaziosa e fornita di tutto. La posizione ottima perché in zona centralissima e con parcheggi gratuiti a pochi passi. Vanta anche l ottima posizione della città perché si trova al centro tra le varie città d arte come Firenze, Pisa e Lucca. Raggiungibili in massimo mezz ora. Tutto perfetto. Il proprietario reattivo e pronto a rispondere alle esigenze del clienti con ottimi consigli.

Se proprio devo trovare una cosa negativa è solo l assenza di una tenda coprente o degli oscuranti per la camera che si affaccia sul corso principale, poiché entrava troppa luce già dalle prime ore del mattino. Ma è più un consiglio che una critica.

Très bien pour visiter la toscane

L’appartement est idéalement situé : en face des termes, à 5min à pieds de la gare (Florence 50min), stationnement gratuit à 6/7min à pieds. Commerces très proches. L’appartement est très spacieux, lumineux et bien équipé: 3 chambres , 1 salle de bain dans chaque chambre !

L’absence de rideaux dans les chambres, en avril la luminosité réveillé à 6:00… Le bruit de la chaudière côté cours, trop bruyant la nuit. L’accès via smartphone trop compliqué (clés électroniques). L’appartement est situé en face des termes juste au dessus du stationnement des bus, parfois bruyant.

Appartamento ampio, con arredamenti nuovi e in ottima posizione.

Complicato il sistema di apertura porta con cellulare, solamente per quanto riguarda il portone principale, per la porta dell'appartamento non abbiamo mai avuto problemi. In ogni caso l'assistenza ci ha aiutato immediatamente!

Lokacija je odlična, apartman je odličan sa svim sadržajima,

Način ulaska u objekat je vrlo komplikovan, jer se sve obavlja na ulici ispred apartmana. Neophodna vam je WiFi konekcija da bi ste popunili potrebna dokumenta koja vas identifikuju, neophodno je da platite boravišnu taksu pre dobijanja dozvole da uđete u objekat. Nisu ti zahtevi neobični ali stojite na ulici, na mestu gde nemate parking (mi smo doputovali kolima). Vlasnik bi trebao da, blagovremeno, pre dolaska na lokaciju dostavi uputstvo za ulazak u objekat.
