Great communication with the owner. The property suited us well. It was a bit worn in places (broken cupboard, exposed wires) but mostly clean and convenient. The hot water stopped working but was fixed within 5 hours. We enjoyed having our own bathrooms, and the view at the front was lovely. Quiet and comfortable.

Its so spacious, modern, central and very familyfriendly. They were very kind and helpfull. Childrenbed + chair wad provided for us at our stay. Amazing view in the midle of the city center

I will start with the positives, the location is great, the apartment and rooms are a good size, if we didn't have the issues we did I would think it is good value for money.

To begin, there are no keys on arrival so you have to have paid the city tax, filled in everyone's passport details online, have internet connection to click on a link to open the door. I assumed this was just for check in and there would be keys inside the apartment but no. We had to use mobile phones to click on links everytime we wanted to go in the apartment for both doors. This was really inconvenient, especially as I was travelling with my parents who don't really use their phones while on holiday. Before arriving I had requested a cot be in the apartment, which I confirmed again just before we arrived, they said yes it had been requested. We arrived around 7pm and there was no cot. I contacted the property who said they'd look into it, a few hours later they told me no'one would be able to get us one today and just to put the baby on the sofa with cushions around her, this was obviously really bad advice. Very stressful. We were expecting one to arrive the next morning, but nothing. They were really difficult to get hold of and went for hours without knowing what was happening as they didn't reply or answer the phone. Eventually that evening a guy arrived at the apartment with a travel cot, but no mattress. After about an hour we were told we had to buy our own mattress and they would re-imburse us. We didn't want to go hunting around for a baby mattress, we wanted to enjoy our holiday and go for dinner! But we had to do this, another day/evening of stress because they can't organise themselves. I guess that's what you get when it's managed by a business. They did offer one night refund but we would rather not have had the stress. On the last day we put the washing machine on for a 30 minute wash (it's on the balcony) and it leaked off the balcony, very broken. Apartment below has two noisy dogs barking all the time and they had a party until 5am, you can hear it all.

A life saver of a place! Absolutely perfect! Large and spacious! With a great host! We left Florence because of how busy and obnoxious it was. We found this stay and it was wonderful! A perfect stay to save the day! Thank you so much for everything!

3 en-suite showers.....spacious, quiet at night even though on main road. Air con worked well.

Very noisy upstairs tenants....kids running and screaming often for hours.....and they NEVER closed the building door when coming in/going out. Only 1 power point in kitchen area to service kettle, microwave & coffee machine so needed to keep switching......and no toaster at all. No TV in living room though 1 each in bedrooms, although one would not work...but did not need it so not reported. Could not secure apartment door using heavy duty bolts/bars on inside as no actual keys provided, but Vikey lock did seem to work ok. Sofa not particularly comfortable.

Getting access to the apartment was very difficult due to the automated system.

The apartment was great, me and my friends enjoyed our stay very much. The view from the balcony was really cool. Anytime I will visit Firenze again with my friends I will choose this property.
