Excellent location for touring around Tuscany, with Montecatini Alto, which is a medieval gem, only minutes away by a lovely Funicular Railway. Our host was very helpful, as it was raining heavily when we arrived by train from Florence, and he very kindly drove us to the Supermarket and waited while we did our shopping and delivered us back to the apartment. Montecatini Terme is a lovely area, with a beautiful large parkland very near the premises filled with a huge variety of every imaginable type of tree and perfect for a relaxing stroll. We enjoyed our time there very much.

Very nice comfortable apartment with all you need for a stay in Montecatini. Owner is quick to reply to questions and even arranged to take us to the train terminal. A short 10 minute walk to the main street and a five minute walk through the park to the Spas. We stayed 6 nights and enjoyed it very much.

We hebben een heerlijke week doorgebracht in dit appartement in Montecatini Terme. Het appartement bood alles wat we nodig hadden voor een perfecte vakantieweek. De eigenaar was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We zaten op loopafstand van het centrum en waren (met de auto) ook zo "boven" in Montecatini Alto, waar we vaak lunchten. We komen er zeker terug.

Modern and clean apartment. All you need is present. There are plenty of towels and sheets all present neatly packaged separately. The apartment is located in a beautiful green and quiet surroundings. Well located for exploring the surrounding towns such as Lucca , Florence, Sienna etc. . E'stato un grande successo conoscere il Sig. Votino e famiglia. Il primo giorno al nostro arrivo ci ha accolto insieme alla moglie, tutti sorridenti e cordiali, ha spiegato tutte le funzionalità dell'appartamento e le Abbiamo scelto il suo appartamento perchè dal primo momento telefonicamente si è mostrato disponibile, gentile e concreto. Abbiamo prenotato in 1 ora eravamo già sul posto. Tutto corrisponde alla descrizione, in 10 minuti di pianeggiante percorso a piedi si raggiunge il centro forse anche meno, abbiamo un bambino di 5 anni ed i suoi passi sono piccoli. La zona è tranquillissima, non ci sono rumori. Il clima è stato pessimo, e siamo rimasti tanto tempo in appartamento in assoluta serenità. I terrazzi sono puliti e ben attrezzati con tavolini e sedie, c'è anche la presa elettrica per chi desidera usare il computer portatile in giardino. Dimenticavo importantissimo per il mio lavoro il Wi-Fi, efficientissimo, 24 su 24. Cos'altro aggiungere, acqua calda sempre, olio, sale, spezie, vino, caffè in cucina. Se programmate la vostra destinazione Montecatini questo appartamento ed il proprietario sono al top. Bravi!! Simone e famiglia,

Siamo ritornati in questa bellissima località e nella stessa struttura di un anno fa perchè molto soddisfatti dell'esperienza passata. E' stata una conferma, Montecatini è sempre splendida e l'appartamento sempre ben gestito, pulito e talmente accogliente da sembrare di essere a casa propria. Nenè e Lucia.

Immersi nel verde di Montecatini abbiamo soggiornato in una struttura essenziale con tutti i comfort necessari per un breve soggiorno. La casa è molto carina, completa di ogni comfort. Ben rifinita. Pulitissima. La consiglio per chi vuole passare un week end in Toscana. Si trova a pochi chilometri dalle due stazioni di Montecatini immersa nel verde. Il Parco di Montecatini è da visitare (specie quello antico). Per non parlare di Montecatini di Sopra dove arrivi attraverso una Funivia (senza usare la macchina). La zona è assolutamente tranquilla. Il proprietario è una persona seria e cordiale. Spero di poterci ritornare al più presto ;) La mia famiglia è composta da 4 persone. Ci siamo trovati veramente molto bene !
