Appartamento Big a Montecatini Terme

I would highly recommend this property. Its very clean and private and reasonably priced. Walking distance to downtown, transportation and parks but also quiet and secluded in a neighborhood so you don't feel like tourist. Giorgia, the host, was very attentive and helpful but not at all overbearing. Montecatini is a lovely town with lots to explore and great places to eat. It is also a great launching spot for day trips around Tuscany. Stay here if you get the chance!!

The communication with the host was easy. Georgia answered quickly for any question we had.

Our stay in Montecatini was just delightful. The place is located in a beautiful area safe, clean and across from an amazing pool, Spas and restaurant facility called Panteraie. Crescenzo and his son are great, very accomodating. They greeted us and went over in great details about the immaculate place. They even when further to immediately buy (same day) a Smart TV so that we could signed on to our Netflix and other sites to be able to enjoy and watch our American shows. We really recommend this place, and we are looking forward to come back next year. Thank you.

The property is very clean and quiet. Has all what you need for the living. Close to the center and Terme. ideal for family vacations.

La casa è come da descrizione e come da foto presenti sul sito, pulitissima, in ottimo stato e in ordine (biancheria da bagno imbustata, appartamento 'immacolato', in bagno il lavandino è con mobile, quindi è possibile tenere le cose bene in ordine). Noi eravamo in 4 (2 adulti e 2 bambini) ma si sta bene anche in 6 (ci sono 2 armadi capienti). Il proprietario è gentile (abbiamo trovato una bottiglia di vino e di acqua minerale) e puntualissimo. Inoltre è disponibilissimo, ci è venuto incontro in ogni modo per accontentare le nostre esigenze. Se si vuole usare la casa per cucinare i pasti, c'è tutto (tranne la lavastoviglie): forno a microonde e tradizionale, pentole e stoviglie a sufficienza (per un pasto veloce si intende), ci sono anche i bicchieri da vino, da buona casa toscana! Il riscaldamento è efficiente (però attenzione ai consumi del gas che non sono compresi). A 5 minuti a piedi c'è una piccola salumeria, non troppo fornita, e a 10 minuti di auto c'è un supermercato Conad. Se venite con l'auto è comoda, si può parcheggiare sotto casa o nel posto auto; ci sono dei gradini (pochi) che portano alla casa, quindi c'è un disagio, comunque minimo, anche con i trolley. A 15 minuti a piedi c'è il corso principale di Montecatini (bello) e la stazione FS (se si vogliono raggiungere le mete vicine con il treno), anche meno per la funicolare per Montecatini Alto. Il Parco Termale , la Città di Babbo Natale, Il bosco degli Elfi sono vicini, raggiungibili a piedi, credo, ma non ci siamo stati; nel caso chiedete conferma. Consigliata.

Nous avons été bien accueillis à notre arrivée. C'est calme, propre et très bien équipé. Nous avons passé un bon séjour !
