Apartment just a few meters from the famous Montecatini Thermal Baths and the city park, located in a quiet and safe residential area.
The apartment has been completely renovated and is located on the first floor, accessible only through a courtyard of approximately 40 square meters. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a double sofa bed, and a table that seats six people. From the entryway, you can access the bathroom and two bedrooms. The apartment has two bedrooms: the first with two single beds and the second with a double bed, which opens onto a rear veranda of approximately 35 square meters, where you’ll find an outdoor seating area with a garden table and chairs.
Prices do NOT include utility costs, which will be charged separately at check-in; additionally, a damage deposit of 200.00 EUR must be paid.

I would highly recommend this property. Its very clean and private and reasonably priced. Walking distance to downtown, transportation and parks but also quiet and secluded in a neighborhood so you don't feel like tourist. Giorgia, the host, was very attentive and helpful but not at all overbearing. Montecatini is a lovely town with lots to explore and great places to eat. It is also a great launching spot for day trips around Tuscany. Stay here if you get the chance!!

Our stay in Montecatini was just delightful. The place is located in a beautiful area safe, clean and across from an amazing pool, Spas and restaurant facility called Panteraie.
Crescenzo and his son are great, very accomodating. They greeted us and went over in great details about the immaculate place. They even when further to immediately buy (same day) a Smart TV so that we could signed on to our Netflix and other sites to be able to enjoy and watch our American shows. We really recommend this place, and we are looking forward to come back next year. Thank you.
