Brand new, lovely roof terrace, beautifully equipped but precipitous stairs

The apartment was brand new, lovely terrace, air-con in all three rooms, great facilities such as coffee pod machine with pods, washing machine, dishwasher, vast smart TV. Obliging owners on the ground floor.

... there seemed to be some things missing, eg, a broom, cloths for cleaning the bathroom, mugs and a kettle, a draining rack, a second saucepan, bin bags. These things matter if you are staying a week. The kitchen sink probably merited a separate explanation - I've never seen one so complicated! And, as with the other 4 apartments I booked, there were many undisclosed steps. This one had 40, 10 of which were inside the apartment and separated the bathroom from the rest of the apartment. These last 10 steps had no handrail, which is particularly unsafe when you are stumbling out of bed at 3am or trying to move luggage in and out. There is also no landing outside the front door. The flight of 10 steps begins immediately, so you need to have good balance to be able to reach around and pull the front door closed.

Bellissima struttura di nuova ristrutturazione e moderna in pieno centro a Montecatini. Proprietari gentilissimi e sempre disponibili. L'appartamento dispone di tutto il necessario ed è perfetto anche per soggiornarvi per periodi medio-lunghi. Sicuramente una prima scelta per visitare Montecatini, Lucca e tutti i dintorni.

Paguei por 2 quartos quando cheguei a senhora deixou um quarto fechado e queria que eu pagasse a parte para abrir o outro quarto eu estou acostumada com B&B isso nunca aconteceu comigo me senti enganada não recomendo para ninguém essa locação

O apartamento é maravilhoso. Tudo novo e moderno. A cama é grande e super confortável. Os lençóis e toalhas novos e muito limpos. O chuveiro é maravilhoso, água quente e abundante. A anfitriã é super educada e amável.
